The Unseen Vistor (not a ghost)   Author: 17  Category:(Dreams) Created:(8/28/1999 10:33:00 PM) This post has been Viewed (1099 times) It was about a year ago me and my younger brother were home alone because my mom and her boyfriend went out I had just went to bed.I was listening to my headphones when I saw my door open about three inches I quickly turned off my headphones because I thought it was my mom and usualy when she caught me blaring my music when I was supposed to be asleep she would take my headphones away.But instead of my mom walking in to tell me goodnight the door closed.I thought to myself 'what?'.So after a couple minutes I relized that I needed money for school,so I got up and opened my door expecting to see my mom's room to be lit up because she just got home, But instead it was dimley lit hallway from the bathroom nightlight. I yelled 'mom!!' a couple times,but no answer.So I became tense and after yelling a couple more times I became terrified. So I went into my room and grabbed a bat and woke up my little brother,and after about a minute of my brother's crap I finaly got him in my room. We then sat there in the dark for about 30 min. until we heard our mom and her boy friend walk in the front door. I yelled 'mom!' and to my releif my mom answered 'what?' and my brother and I ran down the stairs. Then all of a sudden we heard a yell from my mom's boyfriend at the back of the house, he was yelling the 'back door is open' when I heard this it sent chills down my spine because I was sure I locked the door and put our metal bar across the back door, meaning it had to be inside the house to open the door. In the morning I reluctantly searched the intire house for some logical reasoning of the events of the past night and came to find nothing. This story isn't the most dramatic but it was true, and if you could only imagine it happing to you! How it changed my life: It made me more cautious when home alone, and always wondering what could be in the shadows.
