In Oct. of 1990 I met a man named (Sgt.) Phil Jacobs, who was enlisted in the US Airforce, and stationed at Vandenberg Airbase in CA. He was a member of the SMES and was with his unit at Whiteman Airbase. He was 28yrs old at the time. We shared some great times together. He returned 1 more time in the spring of 1992. That was the last time I heard from him. I would just like to know how he is and if he is doing alright. How it changed my life:I made a good friend, and good friends are hard to find.
