I am looking for my Birth Mother. Her name is Joanne Johnson Applebee Dumma (spelling). She gave me up for adoption when I was 2yrs old because my birth father was abusive to me. I am 51yrs old and I believe she is about 67yrs old. I have a black and white photo of her taken in 1946 or close to then I have searched almost all of my life for her. I love her, my adopted family was bad to me, but they are all dead now. She has 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grand children from me. I need to let her know I understand why she did what she did. Ineed my Mom. Why we are looking for them: I feel so incomplete, I need to find my Mom so I can find some wholeness to my life.
