i would like to tell the story of the spoke light in Joplin Mo. I am not from around there, but my mother lives there now with my stepdad. We were told of the spoke light by my aunt, so we loaded up to make her prove her story. She goes on to tell us that the light is supposed to be a lantern of an old indian man. He set out in the woods to find his daughter that had left with a white man into the city against his command. He died in the woods looking for her. We arrived at the place where the light could be seen. The roads were packed with cars waiting and the houdes around there were well lite up so the light would not enter thier yard. We didn't have to wait long when the light began down the road and toward us. It got brighter then as it approached our car it disaapeared and then we looked over our shoulder to see it in the field beside us. I really believe this now. How it changed my life:I feel more attentive to the spiritual world
