My name is Michelle Mencia and I was born in Tampa, Florida 1979. I live in NYC with my mother, Maria Lora. I have never seen my father and I have been searching desperately for him. He met my mother in Tampa, Florida. He left to the military leaving my mother pregant. Thereafter, he saw my mother after my birth and left again. That was the last contact my mother had with him. His name is Wendell Arnett, 6'1' in height, blue eyes and brown hair. I have recently joined the Air Force and my EAD is Oct. 29.
