I never was a believer in the supernatural, I mean I really enjoyed movies such as the Exorcist, but never really thought that unexplained events really happen. This event changed my whole feeling on it. A group of my friends and I back in 1991 were quite addicted to the whole ouija phenomena. Over a period of about 6 months we developed a relationship with this certain 'spirit' that never failed to amuse us. I won't mention it's name because I don't want to give any power to this force. I will tell you about one incident (among several) that made me become a believer. This one night we were all gathered at my friends house, which was a nightly ritual, and we were asking the board several different questions...you know the typical questions you ask it. During this time my friends mother came out and told us we had to stop playing and go to bed at 12:00 midnight, which was about 2 hours from then. Jokingly, we asked the board if it would tell us when it was time to stop playing and it said that it would let us know. So we continued on playing asking questions and getting many answers. This is the weird part: As we continued playing we lost track of time. When we always ended our nightly ritual we would always say goodbye to the board and it would say bye back. Well, in the middle of asking it a personal question, the planchette stopped moving for a second, and went right down to the 'GOODBYE' word. We all thought that it wasn't happy with our question so we kept asking it why it wanted to leave, but the oracle would not move! At that same moment one of my friends remembered that we were supposed to stop playing at midnight, and when we checked the clock in the livingroom it was exactly 12:00AM!! This event is absolutely true and accurate. Like I said it made me a believer in the supernatural! How it changed my life:It made me think as though there is another plane of life within our own and we are able to communicate with this plane if given the chance.
