It was July 4 of last year and my and my friend were setting off fireworks and what not when we went up to a field and on a hill watching fireworks till around 10PM. When the fireworks were coming to an end it got a little foggy and right after they had ended and jogger went bye. We live in a moderate sized devolepment but the weird thing is we never saw this lady before. We caught a little look at her as she jogged bye but seconds later we looked back and didn't see her it seemed she diasappeared into the fog. Then a couple weeks later we learn some young lady got kill in an accident with fireworks bout 15 years ago and they lady we saw was young to but that one night we were very freaked out and pretty much went home right away. How it changed my life:It just freaked us out and now i'm not sure if there are ghosts or not?
