camping.

I was out camping in the woods with my friends, and suddenly we spotted a sudden flash of light. It was so slight that we would never have noticed it if we had not been so bored. It was like a silent flash of lightning, so quick that we couldn't see what shape it was. We tried to go to the place where we first saw the light, and we were so busy looking at the sky that we lost all sense of direction. All of a sudden, the light appeared again. We looked down and all we could see was a bright light surrounding us like a spotlight on a stage. What happened after that is very hard to describe, but I will try my best. We felt as if we had no weight to hold us down. The next thing I can remember is waking up in a cold atmosphere. I went to walk over to my friends, but I was lifted off the ground. I tried to see if I could find what was lifting me, but then it hit me like a ton of bricks. I was on a different planet, a different world. I looked down just to find ice, m! y friends thought it was really cool to be able to float, but I was just frightened. We decided that we would try to get out of this place as quickly as possible. We started to float across the cold, icy landscape. It was very easy to float although it was very wierd. The planet was full of ice sculptures and towers that lead high up in the air. We floated on for what seemed forever, but soon the landscape started to change. It started getting warmer and we were grateful, because by now our lips were turning blue. The ice started to melt, and underneath, we could see reddish- brown mountains
