CRUNCHY BISCUIT CHICKEN CASSEROLE   Author:  23075  Category:(Household) Created:(7/23/2008 6:41:00 PM) This post has been Viewed (50 times) 2 (5 ounce) cans chunk chicken OR 2 cups cubed cooked chicken 10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup 8.25 ounce can sliced green beans, drained 2.5 ounce jar sliced mushrooms, undrained 1 cup shredded Cheddar OR American cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise OR salad dressing 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 can Grands Buttermilk biscuits 2 tablespoons butter, melted 1/2 cup crushed Cheddar cheese flavor OR seasoned croutons Heat oven to 375 degrees. In saucepan, combine first 7 ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Pour hot chicken mixture into ungreased 13 by 9 inch baking dish. Separate dough into 8 biscuits, arrange over hot chicken mixture. Brush each biscuit with butter, sprinkle with croutons. Bake 27 minutes or until deep golden brown. Makes 6 servings.
