For instance, the eye sockets seem to be solid, are they? Many universities will analyze artifacts for free, my mother had something she thought was a skull analyzed by the Univ of FL which is near her home. The current (Nov 99) issue of Fate magazine has an article you might be interested in, it also deals with an unusual artifact, a skull with a large sized cranium. Sorry 225, There's a difference between a rock and a fossil, Fossils show a lot more detail that that, the Eyes are a definite giveaway that it's a rock, It sinks in like a dip in the road. Fossils have a little space between the outside of the eyes and the inside. Besides, why does EVERY SINGLE alien have to look like the ones from Close Encounters of the Third Kind??  |

This is so bloody scary. How do live with it? I don't think I'd be able to keep it. The fact that it's so small is interesting but understandable. You know those poisonous fish the Japanese eat, well I've seen one of those shrunken by dehydration to about an inch or so. So have you contacted any archaeologists or something? I'd be interested to here from you. No offence but how old are you? If you're still a ~kid~ what do you intend on becoming? With a find like this my life would be ruled. Hope there'd be updates ~lunacy~ |

Take it to a gemologist or geologist. If it is carbon-based, there are people that can date it. If it is from 'out of this world' then prove it. Put your money where your mouth is. jimmyG |

im sorrybut i dont think what you have is a fossil of an aliean skull if it were you would probably be able to see where the jawbone begins and a nasil cavity and the eye socets would go deeper and have another kind of rock or dirt inside, its just a rock that looks like an alien head. if its small enough u can put it in a neclace , it would look prety cool  |
