I'm sorry I can't help you. That's why I would never own an Ipod. We use Creative MP3 players. They are about a 3rd the price of Ipods, they last longer and you don't need special software to upload to them. I'll ask my fiance when he gets up. He always knows about stuff like that. What version of XP are you using? Have you upgraded the service pack and all that stuff from windows yet?  |

there's only winxp home and pro 32 bit and winxp pro 64 bit...It probably means with service pack 1,2, or 3 which you can download off microsofts website  |

I don't know that there are any more new versions of XP since windows put out Vista...seems odd that its askin for that. Sorry I can't be of help; I am def no computer genious! Good luck!  |
