Have you ever tried looking up the name on internet search services? There are a lot of free services on the net, yahoo for example. Or call 1-8-00-big-hugs. Seek for help with the Arkansas' ministry. There should be one for family and probably under that branche there's something about adoption. In Canada depending on the provinces it works that way. That's the way i made contacts with my birth mother. Another think, i am pretty sure that she can access her birth parents medical files because of inheritan disease. If she doesn't have a real name, that makes it harder but somewhere there's a file with all the answers she need to go further. I have through the whole process so i may be able to give you some advice and some tips if you want. Dont hesitate to come back to me about that situation. Good luck. |
