i don't believe you. first of all everyone knows that it was some boy wanderin on the set |
Date: 10/13/1999 12:53:00 PM From Authorid: 408 We rented the tape just to see the ghost boy. It actually scared me. I read somewhere that it is actually supposed to be a cardboard cut-out of Ted Danson in top-hat and tails. Well, I don't believe that one. It looks nothing like a grown man in a top-hat and tails. I believe that it is a ghost boy.-K.
Date: 10/18/1999 2:22:00 AM You know I hate to break it to you all but they filmed it on a set so it could not possibly be a ghost of some kid that killed himself in some apartment.I gave you a bad rating for lying....
Date: 10/18/1999 11:49:00 AM Where is that scene. I watched the movie and I couldn't see any ghost. All I saw was a cardboard boy in Ted Dansen's room in front of the window. I hope that wasn't supposed to be the ghost because if it was I will be very dissapointed.

The scene is when Ted Danson's mother comes over and they are talking. Just keep looking out the balcony. ![]() |

What are you race wise? Male or Female? When was this? Who were you with? How old were you/are you now? My name is Robert, Glendale CA, 15 years old. r083127@yahoo.com |
Date: 10/28/1999 10:54:00 PM YOUR STORY SUCKS A LOT! I THINK YOU ARE A LITTLE COWARD! I SAW THE PART, AND IT DID NOT SCARE ME ONE BIT.
Date: 10/31/1999 7:24:00 PM I know people who have seen this ghost too. The ghosts is only in old copies of the video. They edited it out in the new videos and on TV. I believe you.
Date: 12/10/1999 7:09:00 PM i really liked the part where u woke up and the tv was on and there was no tape in the vcr,,real scary
Date: 12/10/1999 8:22:00 PM *LMAO* whoa whoever said that EVERYONE knows that it was just a boy wandering on the set is a MORON! Do your reading, there are TONS of sites on the Internet that talk about the "Ghost boy" in this movie, it is claimed to be a cardboard cutout of Ted Danison. I have seen the movie and it creeps me out.
Date: 12/10/1999 8:24:00 PM The movie was filmed on a set in L.A. so the supposed "Ghost Boy" to haunt it is not true. Also its just a cardboard cutout of Ted Danson, is you really look you can see it.
Date: 12/20/1999 6:17:00 PM Just the other day one of my friends told the rest of us about that part in the movie. We all rented it and watched that spot, it scared us all!!! We all screamed, and i don't believe it's just a cardboard cutout cause it looks nothing like ted danson, and it's a boy, not a man!!!
Date: 12/29/1999 3:54:00 PM It is quite clearly a sized-down cardboard cutout of the actor playing Jack, from a TV advert he was in when he was younger. the cutout was put there as a prank by a member of the crew. You get to see the cardboard cutout at 2 other points during the film and you can easily see that that is what is standing by the window
Date: 1/6/2000 3:02:00 AM uhm, ok man. that scene wasnt even shot on location, it was shot on a sound stage. the 'boy' is a cardboard cutout of a young ted danson. you can even see that hes holding a baseball bat if you look hard enough. although, it is rather creepy seeing it in the movie and knowing that a kid died in the apartment that they shot much of the film in. i believe in ghosts, but in this case its not a ghost. get over it.

why are you all fighting wether this movie is fake or if its true or even if the boy is cut out or not i liked the story thanks for sharing it...t6 ![]() |
Date: 2/29/2000 3:23:00 PM Okay....whether or not the boy is a cardboard cutout or not isn't known....BUT, explain to me this, why is the boy there when they walk by, and then when they walk back by a few seconds later, why isn't he there anymore??? it IS real, so accept it.
Date: 4/1/2000 12:22:00 PM Ok...when I was little, I totally believed in the "ghost boy". It freaked me out too. However, after reading through all the other responses, the young cardboard cut out theory makes sense. Lets be realistic...Tv's do not display images of cardboards by magic. The story is a little too unbelievable. Call Robert Stack himself...maybe he can help you.
Date: 5/17/2000 10:06:00 AM There is no ghost. It is simply a cardboard standup of Ted Danson. Don't be so gullible and self-imporrtant in the future.
Date: 7/6/2000 1:00:00 PM Wow, that is scary. I had a simialr experiance with the same movie!!! There was a small boy in a doorway during the movie. I had an infant child at the time when i watched the movie. my child is now about 12 years old. He looks exactly the same as the boy in the movie!
Date: 7/16/2000 4:00:00 PM i dont think that is true at all. It is a well known fact that vcr's do not operate without a tape inside. Any that do need exchanging at powerhouse.

Date: 9/16/2000 7:58:00 PM I just watched the movie again tonight to take a good look at the "cardboard" cutout of the boy. If you look closely, you can see that it is NOT the same cardboard cutout that is shown earlier in the movie. The cardboard cutout of Ted Danson has white pants and the boy has black pants. How can they be the same?
Date: 9/21/2000 3:26:00 AM Ok how can it be a cardbord cut out if it wasn't there when they walked by it the first time and the tird time it was a little boy not a man.i have seen it three times and it looks nuthing like Ted Danson. it's a little boy.
Date: 9/25/2000 1:49:00 PM From Authorid: 16199 it is a real ghost i know for a fact because in the preavius scean you can see a gun clearly at the edge of the srean

man that is wereid is that really true e-mail me topper809@hotmail.com Ok Paul |
Date: 10/10/2000 8:43:00 AM Interesting...a similar thing happened to my husband and me when we watched Three Men and a Baby with some friends. We rewound the part with the ghost a couple of times, but then after that the tape began stopping, rewinding and replaying the ghost scene by itself...over and over. We placed the remote on the floor in front of us to make sure no one was messing with it. It continued happening. What explanation could there possibly be for the VCR to do three seperate commands like that on its own? Stopping, rewinding and playing.
Date: 10/11/2000 2:17:00 PM it was brill
Date: 10/12/2000 2:55:00 PM I like the movie but how if it is a cardboard box can the eye follow the the baby and the Jack and his father????
Date: 10/12/2000 2:56:00 PM That right how can it follow with its eyes if its a cardboard box.
Date: 10/13/2000 7:36:00 PM That's cool. I am a serious believer in this stuff and I saw him to. I did some research on the internet which is probably just a bunch of balogna to comfort the people that saw the ghost. Here's a link: http://www.parascope.com/articles/0397/ghost13.htm
Date: 10/14/2000 4:32:00 PM This realy scary
Date: 10/29/2000 5:22:00 AM something like that happened to me but it was alittle girl in the window but only she was laughing and said gotcha!
Date: 12/19/2000 12:51:00 PM How do you explain the shotgun that hangs in the window as they first pan across that window? It is probably likely that someone doctored the tape, but I do not believe that the image is a cardboard cutout.

Date: 1/15/2001 2:13:00 PM
Peopie are saying it is a cardboard cut-out but I have wathed the tape many times and I know it is a gohst |
Date: 2/3/2001 12:36:00 PM i think that the boy was a ghost...the one wear ted dansa is wearing a top hair in stuff does look like a cutout, but the boy doesnot. i think them movie people are trying to hide something. I have done research also, and im so glad im not the only one who thinks it really a ghost, even when they say its false, there is something tell me that boy was a ghost...
Date: 2/3/2001 12:42:00 PM I think its wierd how they make the scene look like the young boys home and they show the boy "cardboard cutout" and the rifle in which how he died all in the same movie....i think that is a ghost. and why is he there when they walk by, but when they walk back by hes not there anymore???
Date: 2/24/2001 3:04:00 PM That's terrible you guys, the movie was filmed on a set (as most movies are) and they used an actual apartment complex only for showing it from the outside. No boy wandered on the set, and it was cardboard cut-out that was used since Ted's character plays an actor in the movie. The film-makers just moved it around so that it wouldn't be in the way, but it actually ended up in a couple scenes. It's nothing. No ghost here, check somewhere else. Also, about the eyes following, things that are staring straight forward, such as statues as well, always look like they are following something. The same illusion is used in Disney World.
Date: 4/3/2001 8:22:00 PM Oh come on! that is so fake. If you must know the boy was just a card board cutout of one of the actors if you look hard enough. and the whole thing about hte TV. Even im not that bad at lying

Ok first of all, I got freaked. Second, what is with you people?! You weren't there, so you don't know if it happened or not!! Keep your nasty comments to yourself please!!! Rude, rude people. Emiko-chan ![]() |
Date: 4/25/2001 11:09:00 AM The "ghost boy" in Three Men And A Baby was a cardboard cut out of Ted Danson that was left out by mistake. It shows up in another scene where it is standing right behind him. The story was supposedly that a little boy who lived in the apartment that the film was supposedly shot in committed suicide and that the boy in the window is his ghost. The movie was actually filmed on a Hollywood sound stage as are most movies. The whole thing was just a hoax. You can clearly see that this thing in the window is not a real boy or even a ghost for that matter.
