Houses where men and women dwell, usually represents the activities of self and the condition of the house represents the dreamer's state, relationships or activities to people in the dream or background. Windows represent light, eyes, awareness and perception. Wood (hardwood floors) represent the maize of the mind and daily thoughts. Conclusions: The beautiful white house (you) represents you and potential that lives within you but the fact that it is empty represents a lack of love, gentleness, understanding or an orderliness of thoughts. It also suggests a need to develop the qualities of spirit as suggested by the symbols. Empty rooms tells of a lack of development in your spiritual and/or mental realm. Locking the windows, reveals a refusal to take a look at ones spiritual foundation and locking the door just in time, speaks of the doubts within you that one entertains on a daily basis (hardwood floors) and the refusal to let go of them by keeping them locked out of sight or in this case, at arm's length.
