One day, during baseball season, my friends and I played in an all-star tournament and got first. We were all very excited, because our little town in Western Tennessee has never one first. So we celebrated over at my friends house, who lived near a big field with a creek flowing through it. We knew the place had something wrong with it (like being haunted). We decided to run around outside and play flashlight tag. Half of the group was with me while the other group went with the owner of the house, Blake. Anyway, my group was the group that was suppose to find Blake's group. We searched everywhere and couldnt find them. We were about to give up when we saw a flashlight out in tall grass behind his field. We rushed over to it thinking it was Blake and his group when we found nothing. We saw it again and followed. We repeated this a few times, when all of a sudden the light didnt show up. We realized we were lost in the woods. We tried to find our way back, when we heard a neighing of a horse. I stared out in amazement because I knew he and his neighbors didnt have any horses. We started to walk a little faster on our destination towards home. The neighing became louder and eventually it caught up with us. All of us turned around to find a man riding a horse dressed in black with a cape pulled over his head so you couldnt really make out his physical feature. We turned up a quick sprint and broke for the house. When we got there Blake's group was waiting for us at the edge of his property asking were we have been. I told him we were out in the woods. He looked realived and said that we played a good prank on him by shinning a bright light out in the woods. I said it wasnt any of my group. He said we'd better go inside because that wasnt the first time he has seen that light. I easily agreed along with the others. How it changed my life:Today I still go to his house but I never go beyond his property without a gun in my hand.
