Norman G. Toppel Jr., 18 years old like to have fun and always trusted his friends no matter what.He had his own car, many of his friends didn't. Worked with his father before going out in the evening of March 24, 1990 and was shot while driving his car with a few friends. Friends told this story to the detectives, ' we were drving along stopped at a light, when three of color from across the street pulled out a gun and shot into the car, one of the friends said he has a gun go, which Normie didn't respond. They picked up there heads and saw Normie was bleeding and panic drove the car with one hand on the wheel and the other foot over the console the make the car go and drove twelve blocks away stopped a bus and asked for help. When asked for help decided they were going to leave my son there because they didn't want to get in trouble with the police. Found out after they were hiding things about what happened that evening.
