I am helping a friend search for a lost half sister. Her birth name is Scarlet Michelle Harbick. She is approximately 40 years of age. Her mother's name may be Carolyn. Birth father's name is Wayne Ronald Harbick. He was in the Military stationed in Corpus Cristi, TX. When Scarlet was about a year old, Wayne was out at sea and Scarlet's mother left taking Scarlet with her. His family hasn't heard from them since.
