My dream of peace   Author: 17  Category:(Angels) Created:(8/28/1999 10:50:00 PM) This post has been Viewed (1465 times) I am one of those people that usually do not have dreams but one night I did have a dream that has stayed on my mind. Just before Easter 1996, I dreamed that I was walking up the my aunt's driveway and before I reached her front door, a beautiful dogwood tree stood in full bloom on the hill above me. I was just amazed with it's beauty because it had big, white blooms all over it! I kept looking at the tree and suddenly the whole tree engulfed into flames startling me trememdously. I looked ahead of me and seen my aunt motioning for me to come inside but I couldn't. It was like I was frozen to that spot....watching the dogwood's blooms burning before me. I could feel the heat on my face from the fire. I was shaking from fright. Then I felt a sudden peace and calming sensation take over me and I looked to the sky and seen a very large white cloud shaped in the form of Jesus Christ on his knees in prayer. I was no longer afraid and I awoke with such a feeling of ! great peace and tranquility.
