It was a dark winter night, in Northwestern Pennsylvania. Me, two of my uncles, my brother, and my aunt were returning from a local mall where we had just watched 'The Santa Clause' Anyway, We were driving along and my uncle, who was driving the car, started to tell us a story about this road in the nearby area. According to legend, their was this old lady who lived alone in an old shotgun shack. The only thing that gave her life meaning was walking. Everyday, she would walk up and down the road, either for excercise or just to get outdoors. One day,she was walking along and someone accidently ran her over. For some reason, they say her spirit still walks the road. Well, of course, I was sceptical, so I finally talked him into taking us down the road. As soon as we turned onto the road, I felt a realloy strange aura, that I have never felt before or since. I could sense her spirit. We drov a little ways up the road, and I looked off into the woods adjacent to the road, and all I could see was a thick fog, but the fog was entirely isolated to one spot. I couldn't make out a figure or anything, but I just know that it was her spirit strolling the road for! all eternity. Let me tell you something else, I have never been back on that road, and don't plan on going back anytime soon. How it changed my life:It really hasn't changed my life in any drastic way, but I do beleive in ghosts now!
